from the public has been very positive' -
Council Environmental Promotions Officer
and in their own words:-
" Thanks to NEF we were able to organise a one week Renewable Energy course for our Italian Students. NEF's Training Manager, Sandra Hayes, put a lot of effort into helping us develop the agenda, find a secondary school to host us and organising visits to various renewable energy installations. The skill and helpfulness of the trainers throughout the course was excellent, especially considering that English is not our student's first language. I hope that my school will be able to repeat this experience again in the near future "
- Teacher, ITIS Marconi di Gorgonzola (Italia)
"
The bespoke training from NEF offered a great
opportunity for a small group of key colleagues
to receive unbiased and current advice about a
range of technologies. The technical information
was conveyed in an accessible manner and the group
enjoyed the interactive nature of the day.
Thanks again".

"The National
Energy Foundation provided an excellent one hour
seminar to our staff during our Council's 'Go
Green' campaign. Topics included covered
energy savings that can be made from home, in
the office, when travelling and as a consumer.
Staff feedback was very positive and the material
and links provided were very helpful"

"The
NEF delivered a one day training course to our
authority's Planning Officers on the authority's
SPG on Sustainable Development. NEF worked with
the authority to develop the training programme
which was delivered by a combination of NEF's
staff, external speakers and a member of the authority's
own staff. The day included a workshop on assessing
whether the requirement that at least a 10% reduction
in CO2 from on-site renewable energy sources was
likely to be met. It was both very informative
and successful in helping our development control
staff get to grips with a challenging new policy."
