The government are particularly keen that schools and community groups should make use of the grants.

Community Sustainable Energy Programme (CSEP)

via the Big Lottery Fund (BIG) to community-based organisations for the installation of microgeneration technologies, such as solar panels or wind turbines and energy efficiency measures.
