Pellets
wanted for Horse Bedding
We are trying to find
a uk producer for wood pelletts to use as horse bedding. we currently
use aquamax from Canada. The pelletts need to break down quickly
when becoming wet to form a soft horse bed. Have tried the pelletts
from renewable fuels but found they did not break down quickly enough.
Does anyone know of a UK producer who may be able to supply the
type of pelletts we need. we can supply small samples of the ones
we currently use. If we can find the right product we would like
to use it . Our usage is 320 bags per month in 13 kg bags.
We do not use shavings because they contain glue, and we need our
muck pile to be bio degradable to spread on the fields.

Do
you want to sell more charcoal? Can you supply 5 tonnes or more
during the 2004 season?
BRCC is looking for new burners to join our well established network
of local charcoal burners supplying major retail outlets. Following
a record season in 2003 our customers want to buy more locally produced
UK charcoal. All charcoal supplied through BRCC must be made from
FSC certified timber and the paperwork to support this must be available.
This is a big step forward into a more mainstream market position
for locally produced charcoal and could add significantly to the
viability of woodland management and support local businesses.
If you are interested in joining the BRCC burners network for 2004
please contact Andrew Tolfts at BioRegional. Telephone 020 8404
4891, email at@bioregional.com
